He began his journey in direct sales, swiftly ascending to the role of Vice President at American Sales Masters, a leading motivational and sales training solutions provider. Leveraging his success and experience, he founded the Client Development Institute, dedicating his life’s work to enhancing the perception of professional selling across various industries.

Dennis is a pioneer in sales training, having developed over a dozen innovative behavioral change solutions. His unique approach, blending behavioral science with proprietary strategies, consistently delivers exceptional outcomes for sales teams and in one-to-one coaching.

With a 30+ year alliance with world-renowned industrial psychologists, Dennis offers a differentiated range of services to cater to his clients’ diverse needs. He provides personalized web-based pre and post-hire assessments, strategies for reducing total cost of risk, and impactful speaking engagements.

Dennis has been published in noted journals and magazines such as Sales and Marketing Management, and Pest Control Technology, and has contributed chapters to two books sponsored by the US Olympic Committee, “Inspired to Win” and “The Winning Spirit.” He is also the author of the forthcoming sales book, “Real Salespeople Don’t Tell Lies.”
